Q2. – What guarantee will I have?

Q3. – How much will my repairs cost?
A3. – We would need to see the vehicle first so that we can do a fully estimated cost. Call now on the number above to book your appointment with our estimators.
Q4. – I need some extra work done besides the insurance claim. Can you do this at the same time?
A4. – Of course. Just ask the estimator and he will be happy to help you.
Q5. – What else do you do besides body repair?

Q6. – Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
A6. – We can collect and deliver your vehicle either to your home or place of work, and we will always try to accommodate your needs.
Q7. – Are your staff fully trained and which cars can you work on?
A7. – Brocksford Motors Ltd works with local training providers and Thatcham (The Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre) to ensure our staff are up to date with the latest skills & standards. This is essential to ensure that we provide you with a safe and proper repair, and is also a requirement of our BSI PAS:125 accreditation.
Q8. – Do you do SMART repairs?
A8. – We have got the facility to carry out SMART repairs such as alloy refurbs, dash repairs, seat repairs etc. Full details are available in our reception.

A9. – 8.30am-5pm Mon – Fri and 7.30am-11.30am Sat.
Q10. – How can I pay?
A10. – Brocksford Motors Ltd accepts cash or most major debit/credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal cheques.
Q11. – Will you use genuine parts to repair my vehicle?
A11. – In most cases, we will use genuine parts to repair your vehicle. However, some insurance companies do stipulate the use of non-genuine parts in some cases. This decision lies with your insurer and not Brocksford Motors Ltd, so you need to check your policy documents.
